RFID Counting
The count functionality enables store employees to do fast and accurate stock takes. During an RFID count all RFID labels are scanned in the store using the iD Cloud app and a connected RFID reader. Each RFID label represents a specific article and using this data quickly an overview is created of all current stock in the store.

Assisted Counting
During a count the "assisted counting" functionality shows the count progress and items that are not yet counted sin relation to the expected stock of the store.

Difference list approval
After performing an RFID count in a store the data will be submitted to iD Cloud and compared with the latest ERP snapshot available before the end of the count. All differences, plus and minus, need to be validated and approved before the results are shared with the company ERP system. This stock adjustment process is also known as ‘approving the difference list’.

Identify
The identify function can be used to read the information stored on a label to confirm a label was programmed correctly or to find out which product it belongs to.

Support for sublocations
A sublocation is an area or room within a store, like a sales floor or a stock room. Several iD Cloud Features (such as Count and Refill) provide information on sublocation level.

Goods receiving
Receive and validate incoming shipments by using the RFID reader. This way the received shipment notices (ASNs) can be validated and the inconsistencies can be investigated by HQ.

Transfers
The outgoing shipments functionality enables stores to create shipment(s) of items collected in the store on item-level and send these for example to another store or back to the DC.

Find&Prep
Find & Prep lets store staff find certain products that require action, such as products with price promotions. Thanks to Find & Prep, store staff will be equipped with a powerful tool that easily locates products by an RFID handheld device.

Permanent status assign
Some items of the store’s stock may have a special status (e.g. items that are On Display or that are Faulty) and are not part of the regular sellable stock for customers. It is possible to assign a status to them in iD Cloud and set them apart from the regular stock in our systems.

Print from app
iD Cloud offers out-of-the-box integrations with a range of RFID label printers to directly print RFID labels in the stores or in the DC from the app.

Refill suggestions after count
Immediately after the RFID count, the iD Cloud app presents a ‘Refill suggestions’ list that highlights which items are not present on the sales floor but are available in the stock room. This enables a faster and more accurate refill process.

Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) in the Cloud
RFID labels attached to garments can be used for Electronic Article Surveillance. A reader at the exit (RFID gates or iD Top) can read the EPC from the labels when they leave the store, and based on the associated status, generate an alarm - or not. (A POS integration is needed to leverage iD Cloud EAS)
