iD Cloud Web offers detailed insights into the differences between the ERP system (‘what you think you have’) and the inventory counts in your stores (‘what you actually have’) based on the counts that are performed using the iD Cloud App. This makes iD Cloud Web an essential part of the iD Cloud store solution that raises stock accuracy and product availability in fashion and brand stores.

iD Cloud Web gives you a full overview of the last inventory count and all previous counts in your stores. With this data, you can analyze and benchmark important KPI’s like stock accuracy, store compliance and stock levels per store. The detailed insights enable you to take more control over your stock, optimize your (replenishment) processes and introduce omnichannel services.

You can easily access iD Cloud Web on any web browser. The responsive design makes sure it perfectly scales to the size of your screen. So just go online, login from any device you like and start analyzing.


Instant Insights

After your store teams have uploaded the inventory counts from the iD Cloud app, the result is immediately available for you to start analyzing and benchmarking. Check and approve the results to update your ERP system and trigger replenishment of missing sizes.


Event-level data

Existing ERP systems have challenges working with EPC-level (serialized) data in high volumes on sub-location level in the store. These systems are not able to receive and process event-level data from RFID readers. You need to have a piece of software (traditionally called middleware) that controls readers and filters data. iD Cloud does that for you.

Stock locations

Knowing what is in your stores is one thing, but knowing exactly what is in the stock room and what is on the sales floor opens up new opportunities. Not only can store teams be guided with refilling the missing items on the sales floor, but you can also analyze how much stock is kept in the stock room versus on the sales floor.


Omnichannel enablement

Based on the item-level information provided by RFID, you can take full control over your stock and easily turn your stores into fulfilment centres or offer your customers omnichannel services like ship-from-store, Buy Online Return In Store (BORIS) and Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPIS).



Based on the refill feature in the iD Cloud app, you can view key performance indicators related to refilling. Easily monitor the average on-shelf availability of your inventory. The percentage of on-shelf availability gives an indication of whether the most relevant sizes of articles are available for customers on the sales floor.

ERP stock

Register using QR codes

To be able to use the iD Cloud app, the app needs to be registered to the correct store. This is done using a QR code that can be found in the iD Cloud app. This makes onboarding stores easily and seamless.

Single Sign-On

Single sign-on (SSO) is an authentication method that enables users to access multiple applications with one login and one set of credentials. With iD Cloud’s single sign-on portal users only have to enter one set of credentials to access their web apps in the cloud and behind the firewall – via desktops, smartphones and tablets. This greatly increases productivity while keeping data secure.

Request for approval

iD Cloud has an option to put a threshold in place to prevent difference lists with an accuracy that is too low to be approved. With the ‘Request for approval’ functionality, we offer the stores the option to perform their investigations of the difference list as they would normally do. But instead of directly approving the list, they can now send the investigated list to their HQ or area manager for approval.
