In deze video legt adidas Store Develop Manager David Sancho uit hoe adidas een open ingang creëerde met de iD Top. De verborgen overhead RFID EAS-oplossing die uitstekende detectieprestaties met de kleinst mogelijke impact op het ontwerp van de winkel combineert.
David Sancho:My main responsibility in adidas as a Store Development Manager, is to create commercial areas for all our customers. Always there is a conflict between security and design because we are always looking for open spaces [and to] make the customer’s journey as good as possible. And usually, we have to install barriers or something like that, like antennas.
The main challenge here, as this is a historical building, at the centre of one of the main capitals of Europe, Madrid, [is that] in this case we didn’t have physical space for installing the typical antennas on the floor because it was full of columns. So finally, we found a good solution installing the iD Top at the ceiling of the main entrances. And my feedback is really good because we could get the same service level and the entrance is now more welcoming for the customer. And that’s exactly what we want to transmit to them.
My challenge always, everywhere, is to create beautiful spaces for the customer.
