iD Cloud North America Feedback Summit: September 13 and 14, 2023

We are organizing our first iD Cloud Community Event in North America this September!

During these two days, you can share any feedback with the iD Cloud and RFID experts from Nedap and other global retailers operating in North America.

We aim to create an intimate setting where your feedback can receive the attention it deserves, ensuring a rewarding and impactful experience for each participant. We can't wait to hear your valuable insights and work together to improve your way of working.

Program

Day 1: Wednesday, 13 September

The first day consists of a 90-minute private feedback session with Nedap’s RFID and iD Cloud Experts. During this session, you’re able to share any feedback.

The rest of the day, you can work in our co-working space. At the end of the day, we will organize a happy hour and dinner.

Day 2: Thursday, 14 September

With all the feedback we’ve collected, we share common challenges and themes with the group. We take the morning to discuss the feedback and reflect on what’s been said. The event is finished after a joint lunch, so you’ll have time to prepare for your return trip.

Practical information

When?

Wednesday, September 13

  • During the first day, there are six 90-minute timeslots available for a private feedback session. The first will start at 8 AM, and the last will end at 6 PM.
  • After the last session, we will organize a Happy Hour and community dinner.

Thursday, September 14

  • We will start the second day at 9 AM. During a plenary session, we discuss common themes shared the day before and agree on priorities, planning, and new developments.
  • The event is finished after a joint lunch, so you’ll have time to prepare for your return trip.

Where?

  • The event will be organized in the Boston area. The exact location will be disclosed to the participants after registration.

For whom?

  • This event is exclusively for iD Cloud customers from North America.
  • Because we want to ensure that every customer has an equal opportunity to share their feedback, we have decided to limit the capacity to three people per customer.
  • However, during the private feedback session on the first day, it is possible to virtually include colleagues in the meeting through a Zoom meeting.
