I need support for iD Cloud:

  1. Contact your organization’s first-line support channel first if you have any questions about iD Cloud.
  2. Do you need to be in contact with the support desk of iD Cloud? Please go to the Support Portal of iD Cloud and create a new support ticket.

Note: only verified iD Cloud administrators can access our support portal. If you think you need access, please get in touch with our Support Desk.

I need support for my EAS system

If you need help with issues regarding Nedap’s EAS systems, please do the following:
