Nedap Retail is a market group within Nedap which develops innovative solutions for retailers worldwide. With our solutions for retail stock management and security, we ensure that retailers always have the right products available for their customers. For this, Nedap Retail develops state-of-the-art RF, RFID hardware and cloud-based software services. As a result of our continued International expansion, Nedap Retail is looking for an:

International Sales Manager Tag & Label Solutions

What are you going to do?
You will be responsible for increasing the agility and driving the commercialisation of our Global Label Center (GLC). Respond and act swiftly on the needs of the market by identifying opportunities, map specifications, and turning it quickly into samples to dispatch to our partners. This also includes creating pricing, structuring deals, and negotiations with suppliers. You will be an important go-to person for our global sales reps for all labels and tags related requests.

Which team are you going to work for?
You will be part of the global sales team and you are coached by the VP of Sales. You will work closely with our Global Label Centre and suppliers based in Asia and with our business partners all over the world. You will be in daily contact with our colleagues from all global sales offices.

Who are we searching for?
We are looking for a candidate who is energetic, nimble-minded, good at building and maintaining relationships and has a commercial drive. You will get top line responsibility with clearly defined targets. Profile:

  • Sales person who loves to work on new business;
  • 5+ years’ experience in international (B2B) sales;
  • Experience in successfully increasing new sales revenues;
  • Confident and able to deal with customers;
  • Sensitive to different cultures;
  • University Bachelor/Master degree towards Business Administration / International Business / Economics or Technology;
  • Fluent in English is required;
  • Flexible, able and willing to travel globally (15-20% of the time)
