!D Cloud Web offers detailed insights into the differences between the ERP system (‘what you think you have’) and the RFID counts in your stores (‘what you actually have’).  The RFID counts are performed with the !D Cloud App and RFID readers.

!D Cloud Web gives you a full overview of the last RFID count and all previous counts in your stores. With this data, you can analyze and benchmark important KPI’s like stock accuracy, store compliance and stock levels per store. The detailed insights enable you to take more control over your stock, optimize your (replenishment) processes and introduce omnichannel services.

You can easily access !D Cloud Web on any web browser. The responsive design makes sure it perfectly scales to the size of your screen. So just go online, login from any device you like and start analyzing.

Immediate insight

After your store teams have uploaded the RFID counts from the !D Cloud app, the result is immediately available for you to start analyzing and benchmarking. Check and approve the results to update your ERP system and trigger replenishment of missing sizes.

Event-level data

Existing ERP systems have challenges working with EPC-level (serialized) data in high volumes on sub-location level in the store. These systems are not able to receive and process event-level data from RFID readers. You need to have a piece of software (traditionally called middleware) that controls readers and filters data. !D Cloud does that for you.

Immediately after the RFID counts in the stores, !D Cloud Web presents all results in a single overview. You can monitor if all stores performed an RFID count, what the stock accuracy is per store and you can easily dive into the details. !D Cloud Web is designed to quickly inform you so you can benchmark, analyze and improve the stock accuracy and product availability in your stores.

Difference list

The difference lists in the !D Cloud dashboard show the discrepancy between what your ERP system ‘thinks’ there is in the store versus what was actually counted in the store during the (weekly) RFID count using the !D Cloud app. Differences can be sorted, filtered and adjusted for approval, resulting in an approved difference list that is fed back to your ERP system.

Stock locations

Knowing what is in your stores is one thing, but knowing exactly what is in the stock room and what is on the sales floor opens up new opportunities. Not only can store teams be guided with refilling the missing items on the sales floor, you can also analyze how much stock is kept in the stock room versus on the sales floor.

Omnichannel enabler

Based on the item-level information provided by RFID, you can take full control over your stock and easily turn your stores into fulfillment centres or offer your customers omnichannel services like ship-from-store, Buy Online Return In Store (BORIS) and Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS).
